CBF International offers project financing solutions.  We are not traditional in our approach.

We concentrate our funding models and structure on what the project needs to succeed and what a lender would expect. Finding the balance early on means we can add more value and create solutions to make the investment happen.

We use debt finance, bridging loans against land or assets, securitisation of contracts, and in some cases equity investment. It is not uncommon for us to use a combination, using our skills and resources to successfully manage the different aspects.

Unlike corporate bank financing, we can tailor the terms to suit you and will consider projects in virtually every country in the world. We want to fund projects that are committed to succeed. Our due diligence process starts early, which allows for a higher success rate and less frustration.

If your project does not meet our scoring system then we will not offer you solutions.

Our funding can be utilised for a variety of project types. We are currently involved in the following:

• Hotel & Ski resort
• Hydro projects
• Waste to Energy plants
• Solar PV
• Marine Vessels for the offshore wind industry
• Gold mines
• Marinas

If your project does not fit into any of these categories, then don't worry.  We assess each business individually and enjoy being introduced to new industries or businesses. We look for a combination of a strong and experienced management team, sound financial planning and realistic goals for achieving success in its chosen field. 

A clear exit strategy for the project and some cash liquidity is always required on both sides.
