Our intention is to fund projects in the shortest time possible. This is only achieved, if the project is 100% ready. Credit lines are available if you move through the process, so please do not submit a final application unless you stand behind the corporate, legal and financial information and documentation that you present to us.
Our philosophy is based on mutual trust and working to and agreeing a realistic timeline, based on the information that you present to us.
Our Success in this industry is based on collaboration. At all times you must be able to deliver comfort to the lender or investor, this is the most important thing – if this is shown then we can guarantee lenders will do the same.
In the first instance and to receive an in principle decision, each project must present to us;

- An Executive Summary
- An overview of the Management team with their credentials and experience.
- Financial projections, drawdown schedule and exit strategy.
- Details of any cash liquidity the project have
If you do not have an Executive summary that outlines the project then please see how to write a successful summary and take the time and effort to present your project properly.
